6 ways you can spice up your outfit this Eid!

Hey cuties! It's that time of the year again where everyone is busy with Iftaaries but also super extra busy with shopping because Eid is right around the corner. From getting matching jewellery to getting your dubatta PICOed and what not! We're all going through is wonderful process.

Eid is a festival we celebrate with so much love and joy. I am pretty excited about Eid and I hope you guys are too!!
So I thought this would be the perfect time I would share my 6 tips to spice up your Meethi Eid outfit with you guys.
So without any further ado, lets get started!

    1- Churiyan
Not diamonds, but Bangles are a girl's first love. Red, blue, green, pink! They are in all colours with glitters and designs
If you are that desi girl who can not step out of the house on Eid day without those matching bangles then we are sisters. (high-five)
I specially step out of the house on Chand Raat on a hunt to get myself those perfect set of Churiyan.
I mostly go with all the colours that go in my dress. (I never wear a uni-coloured dress on Eid)
I mean Eid is all about colours after all 😁
Well, personally I like kanch (glass) ki Churiyan more than those that have glitter on them. I hate sprinkling glitter bangles. I mean come on, you're messing up with everything I touch.
But guess what girlies, I recently saw these oh-amazing matte glitter bangles in major colours, and I absolutely loved them. The glitter doesn't come off and due to it's matte texture, I think it won't be easily breakable!
Do share your fave Churi material and colours with me:)

    2- Baaliyan
Ditch those stud earrings this Eid and go for baaliyan instead! I personally love love love baaliyan like ajkdetz.
They give a special lift to the entire look and just make everything else look so beautiful. Plus, all the designs and colours they come in, make me wanna get all of them!
It's also part of our tradition and culture ans NOT PAINDU at all! :)
So, don't be shy, get yourself a pretty pair of baaliyan;)

      3- Mehendi
(Mehendi ki raat ai, Mehndi ke raat) LOL!
I never ever roam about with bare hands on Meethi Eid. Like what's chooti Eid without Henna??
Henna adds a little something something to the entire look and ties the desi look all together.
If you are not a fan of the bhari hoye Mehendi look, go for a simple yet sleek design. That too looks really beautiful yet elegant.
Some petals around your fingers only also look bomb.com ;))
So don't miss out on Mehendi this Eid! Go out with your cousins and friends to get Henna applied! You're missing out on so much if you dont.

    4- Heels
Some of you may know and some of you may not, but I'm going to spill the tea on Heels.

High Heels elongate your legs. They make your legs look amazing, they help in better posture and makes the legs look leaner. Plus, they also tone your leg muscles!
It gives the appearance of a slimmer physique (which we all need cus of all the rolls and samosas we had this Ramadan lol) and it just enhances your personality and idk it makes a person more confident!
Now, have i left any answer that still makes you doubt wearing heels? 😝

    5- Embroided Trousers

Whether you're rocking a simple kurta this Eid because you didn't get much time going out shopping or all the stores ran out of bell bottoms and cigarette pants and your tailor already has too much on his plate, embroided tousers are a great alternative!
They come in so many different designs and colours that you just can not say no to them. It adds a really desi vibe to the entire outfit and just screams "EID".
Besides, Eid is all about colours
Plus, they're not really that expensive and every store has them! You don't have to go to branded stores looking for stuff you need, even the mediocre stores near your houses have really good stuff. You just really need to dig in and find them!

     6- Vibrant Lips

No nude and muted lips this Eid!
Go for more vibrant and colouful shades instead. They help you achieve the look you're going for and also make you look fairer (plus it helps with bomb selfies).

So, that's all have for you guys today. I hope this blog helped you in any sort of way.
And Eid Mubarak in advance I hope you guys have an amazing time with your friends and families 💛
peace 💘

Saeed Ghani Facial Kit

Hiya Cuties! It has been a hot minute since I've reviewed some products and many of you were complaining that all my reviews are a bit girly and aren't really helpful for all sexes. Don't worry, I've got your back! So, today i will be reviewing the Saeed Ghani's facial kit. It's skin care! Everyone and anyone can use it! Saeed Ghani is a Pakistani brand which provides all natural, quality products in the category of skin care, hair care and body care. Recently, they had a two day 20% off sale on all their products so I made sure to get my hands on some of them. As the title says, I got their facial kit. The original price of the kit was Rs. 2,100. But after the discount, it came down to Rs. 1,680 which I honestly think is a really good price for all the products that come with the kit. The packaging is pretty basic but Saeed Ghani isn't known for their packaging, they're known for their quality. The total number of products you get in the kit are ...

Why can't boys wear pink?

Why is it that a new born baby girl is dressed up in pink and a baby boy in blue to differentiate between the two sexes? How often do you see a guy wearing pink when you go out to eat? How often do you walk into the men's aisle and see pink colored clothing's? How often do you see a guy with flowers on his shirt? Many questions arose in my mind as i grew older and i was expected to behave a certain way in front of other people. To dress like a girl, to sit like a girl, to talk like a girl. to walk like a girl and to "behave" like a "girl". I never understood why it was so important for a girl to stay within the boundaries in order to be accepted by society and to be happy. I never understand why it is so important for a girl to fit in, in order to be happy. And lets be real, everyone wants to be happy, and I believe that true happiness comes from within, when you accept all your abilities and disabilities and still consider yourself "beautiful"....

Body Positive. My Journey.

We don't shame flowers for being too big or too little, too short or too tall, too pink or too red, we just embrace them with their unique beauty... Why don't we start doing that with ourselves?     Ive been on this journey since i was 8 years old. I was told I was "too" fat and in order to be accepted by society, to have friends, for boys to like me, I needed to be thin. I believed that with a passion. I grew up hating my own home, a home that was desperate for love, a home that wanted to be appreciated, a home that was in search for peace. Beginning of teen years, that's when it got hard, I used to wake up every morning already knowing how i look like and hating the image in my head and the image in the mirror. I used to think that I'm worthless because of my body, I'm talent less because of my body, and maybe im just a waste of space because of my body. Inside, I was going crazy. My insecurities could eat me alive But I didnt give up...
